Henrike and Stephen first married in a quiet civil ceremony during the pandemic, but once the world reopened, they celebrated in full — thanks to the generous gift from the bride’s parents: a two-day wedding at Reichenstein Castle, set within the UNESCO World Heritage Site Upper Middle Rhine Valley in Germany. Their celebration beautifully reflected their multicultural story, beginning with a traditional Jewish wedding ceremony that transitioned into jubilant toasts with German Jägermeister shots, followed by a stylish reception overlooking the panoramic views of the Rhine River. Stephen, originally from New York, and Henrike, with roots in both China and Germany, brought together a truly international gathering.
