WIDERRUF
I. Widerrufsrecht
Jedem Verbraucher steht ein Widerrufsrecht zu, solang der Verbraucher eine natürliche Person ist, die Rechtsgeschäfte weder zu überwiegend gewerblicher noch selbständiger beruflicher Tätigkeit abschließt.
Ohne Angabe von Gründen kann jeder Verbraucher den Vertrag innerhalb von vierzehn Tagen nach Vertragsschluss widerrufen. Die Frist beginnt mit dem Tag des Zahlungseingangs.
Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie die Fotografin kontaktieren (E-Mail: echo(a)kajade.de, Tel. +49176-8791-7829, Brief: Ka Yee Kowalski, Friedhofstraße 11, 76887 Bad Bergzabern, Rheinland-Pfalz, Deutschland) und mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung über den Entschluss, den Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Hierfür bedarf es keiner bestimmten Form. Zur Wahrung der Frist genügt es, wenn Sie den Widerruf vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.
II. Folgen des Widerrufs
Mit der Ausübung des Widerrufs verliert der Gutschein seine Gültigkeit (dieser muss hierfür aber nicht zu mir zurückgesandt werden). Alle von Ihnen getätigten Zahlungen werden unverzüglich und spätestens innerhalb von vierzehn Tagen, nach dem Ihr Widerruf eingegangen ist, mit dem Zahlungsmittel zurückgegeben, dass Sie bei der ursprünglichen Zahlung eingesetzt haben.
III. Ausschluss des Widerrufsrechts
Bitte beachten Sie, dass nach § 312g BGB ff. kein Anspruch auf Widerruf von einem bereits geleisteten Fotoshooting besteht, da dieses „eindeutig auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse des Verbrauchers zugeschnitten [ist]“.

REVOCATION

I. Right of Withdrawal
Every consumer has a right of withdrawal if the consumer is a natural person who concludes legal transactions neither for predominantly commercial nor self-employed professional activity.
Every consumer can revoke the contract within fourteen days after the conclusion of the contract without giving reasons. The period begins on the day of receipt of payment.

II. Consequences of Revocation
With the exercise of the revocation, the voucher loses its validity (but it does not have to be sent back to me). All payments made by you will be returned by the photographer immediately and at the latest within fourteen days after receiving the revocation, using the means of payment that were used for the original payment.
III. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that according to § 312g BGB ff. (German Civil Code) there is no right to withdraw from a photo shoot that has already been carried out, as this "[is] clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer".
